This violin is perfectly formed and beautifully made and is astonishing for its size! It has the most stunning two piece maple back, with excellent stripe - this has to be seen to be believed.
The wood looks gorgeous as you turn it in the light. There's nothing small about the attention to detail on this fractional-size violin. The purfling is inlaid and well done, and the scroll is beautifully hand carved. The fingerboard is ebony whilst the well-fitted pegs are jujube. Four adjusters on the tailpiece are essential for tuning a violin this size!
This instrument is expertly set up and ready to play, and includes a wood bow of the correct scale which works well with the violin. You also get a lightweight case with shoulder strap.
