Shipping / postage in the UK:

We believe there should be no extra charges or other nasty surprises when you come to check out, so all our prices include the costs of shipping together with insurance against loss or damage in transit. Shipping is free of charge regardless of order total. In addition, because everything you see on site is in stock, we can pack your purchases and despatch them from our premises as soon as we receive payment from you.

We send Incredibows and other violin bows by special delivery and we send you tracking information once they are on their way. These and most other items you order will arrive by 1300 the following working day if we receive the payment by 1pm. Larger items such as cases generally take 3-4 working days.

We keep you informed about the shipping progress including confirmation of payment receipt, packing and despatch so you can be confident about shopping with us. We purchase many things online ourselves, and we treat you the way we would like to be treated!

Shipping / postage outside the UK:

Not as expensive as you might think.

Because we include the UK shipping in our prices anyway, we just ask you to pay any additional cost above this. For example, a bow and rosin delivered to Australia would only cost an extra £7 or so! If you are outside the UK and there's something you're particularly interested in, we are always happy to give you an exact cost for this.
